Midland Country Club is a stunning wedding venue in the Michigan Great Lakes area. If you have never seen it, this venue has panoramic views of the golf course and a large, modern ballroom. Megan & Jamie booked this venue for that reason, but lucked out with incredible fall foliage on their wedding day!

Fall Wedding at the Midland Country Club

The bright fall leaves in Michigan are fleeting. However, on Megan & Jamie’s wedding day there was peek fall foliage, just as they had hoped. The trees outside had gorgeous bright red and orange leaves. Even though it was a gloomy, cloudy day outside it turned out to be just right for the colors to pop!

I absolutely adore the photos of this couple taking portraits outside. The natural background with Megan’s lace dress and fall jacket looked perfect.

Autumn Colored Floral Design

This couple created their color palette with a classy, fall theme in mind. We gravitated towards burgundy, rust, and blush tones in all of the flowers. We added lush, textured seasonal foliage, like rosebuds and smokebush, to the bridal bouquet and centerpieces.

Country clubs in the area tend to have open white backdrops. This was the perfect canvas to allow their centerpiece flowers to really stand out on the tables. I was honored to design the florals for this incredible couple.
